I won’t be receiving my shoes nor a refund. I was informed by chat that since I did not contact them within 30 days, I’m outta luck. I couldn’t find any other way to contact Skechers except for an automated chat box. Time passed and I didn’t receive anything else… I tried to call the # provided in my email that said my order was delivered but the # was no longer valid, neither was the email address to contact Skechers regarding this order. I waited to receive the shoe delivery because I never had a delivery problem before. “Skechers: I purchased a pair of boots and a pair of shoes in the same order. I will make complaint to Amazon.\r\nALL of this will make TO THEM PUBLISITY THEY DESERVE.\r\n Nemo me impune lacessit.!"
